I have noticed that these pads tend to become unglued with a bit of moisture, apart from that they are very good.I bought this for my husband for Father's Day. Since it's a new product I could tell he wasn't sure what to do with it. Let me tell you, he has figured it out now. It's great for putting under anything you don't want to slide or slip away from you. He used it to put under my sunglasses as he tried to put a new itty bitty screw in them. He would have lost the screw at least 8 times without the CatTongue Gription Pad. I just purchased a hot tub today and I'll be getting more Gription Pads to put on the sides of the hot tub so our drinks don't slip in. Once you have it, you think of all kinds of uses for it. 5 stars!The product seems good on flat surfaces except when the surface is tilted, my laptop is mounted at a 20-degree angle, and the mat, I cut out to fit, had to be rubber cemented to it or it would slide off.Mat seems like a good value and has many applications.This pad really works! I bought 2 - one to use on my dashboard to prevent my cellphone from sliding around. I bought one in black and the other clear because i wasn't sure which color to use- ended up using the black one. Then, my son was having band practice and the head to his bass amp fell- so i told him about the extra pad i had and he now uses it- it’s perfect- keeps the head part of the amp from sliding off the amp- so glad i bought two!I LOOOOOOVED my CatTongue Non Abrasive Gription Pad!! Recently bought a Tesla Model 3 and as much I love the car, the design for the center console is probably my least favorite as it has a very slippery, easy to mark and scratch type surface. I'm unable to place my phone or any items on it as they would start sliding around all over the place. I came across this wonderful product that became a life-saver! Not only can I easily cut the pad to fit the console, I don't have to "stick it on". No adhesive required! Fantastic product with multiple functions! I can't wait to discover where else in my life I can better "get a grip on" with these CatTongue Grips!This is an excellent product. Highly recommend. My keyboard stays put and it is easy to move to another location. Also works great to keep plates in place or really anything you don't want to move. It doesn't leave a mark on the table and you can just pull it up and place it somewhere else. Love it!This product performed exactly as I hoped. It is impermanent unlike friction tape, but it grips the slippery surface below and the objects above admirably. My only wish would be for a double size version as it is very small for my purpose.I normally use cat tongue grips on the back of tablets. This pad is exactly the same material but without the self stick. So its not gooey and has great grip.
