There are no instructions included in the box. I made a screen snapshot of the assembly, printed it and put it in the box. The chopper works fine though and cleans easily.After washing, I gave the larger grater a good work out. I grated enough zucchini for 6 loves of bread. Froze 4 cups of zucchini for future loves. Next project will be for French fries. So far, working great.Very sturdy, which is good, easy to clean but not too easy to use at the beginning because it did not come with instructions nor a guide. I had a hard time to figure out which side I should insert the blade into the container (I had it in the wrong position the whole time I chopped) Instructions should come within the box. Other than that, it is a good product to use.Cuts smaller easily. But food does get stuck in the lid easy.love itI was surprised by this tool. It's well made even if it's slightly hard to clean without a dishwasher. Overall satisfied with my purchase.Easy to use and clean.Great for camp cookingTook this out of the box, tried to cut a tomato which squished it beyond recognition. Tried an onion which got stuck in the blades and half pulverized it. Blades aren't sharp at all and can't get any torque on it since it closes at a hinge rather than up and down. This wouldn't last 30 seconds in a professional kitchen and for the at home cook maybe 2x as long tops. Don't waste your money or your time looking at this godawful disaster. If I could rate negative stars I would. I'll probably get my money's worth by taking it out back behind the restaurant and taking out my pent up rage after a rough dinner service on this thing a la "office space"excellent product. verified seller. trusted brand and genuine product. it saves so much time to dice vegetables and mushrooms. I need to prepare bite size food for my toddler to practice chewing, hence this amazing product does the job! minor issues are, I can't put more than 3 pcs of sliced raw carrots or on the whole surface area of the blade, or else, I can't push the lever down and I am afraid I'll damage the blade. Most part of the product body, is white in colour and after first use, the carrot orange stains cannot be wash off completely. No offer to buy just the blades if I need to get a specific one?
