When I need venture into less lethal allowed areas, I like this one in that the light points outward, tip inward, more discreet. If ever had to break a car window to save a life, or strike in defense, you can run a risk of sustaining a cut an ungloved hand on the clip, but to me, a sacrifice worth the safety. Light was amazingly bright. I find the batteries very hard to find. A local watch and key copy shop sold me three batteries at $10 each, ouch. But you might find some online, I had trouble. Still, to me, a great value, and portable and versatile EDC or CCW tool.
