Smaller than I thought itd be. I wanted this for my advil pills to always have them when needed. My advil pills do not fit into this. The small capsules pills fit this, but only 2 of them. This is thick and well made and even extra seals for this. I'm rating this on how well this is made. It's even kind of heavy so will take a beating and not be harmed in any way. Would be great on a key chain.Great workmanship.Awesome little thing. It holds almost a whole gram of uh, powdered substance ;)This is definitely one of the cooler pill holders that I’ve ever seen. It’s super tough, strong, and it has a good and well-made rope that makes sure it stays where it needs to stay. I think this is almost perfect but it falls just a little bit short because it doesn’t hold a lot (at least for me). You will only be able to put a few small pills inside it, it will not hold anything other than an emergency store of medicine. I don't think that the loop that it came with is very durable or sturdy and I will be changing that out because I am afraid that it is eventually going to get pulled off and then I'm going to be left without my medication.This is a very neat looking necklace that twist open and has a cavity to keep medicine. I use this when I go to theme parks and need to keep my medicine safe! It is well made and sturdy!I ordered this to carry migraine medicine... and while it hold one capsule, it would be a great aid when a migraine starts. Unfortunately, I tend to forget to wear it when I put on the necklace strap (not used to wearing one), so typically it is on my keyring... which I did not have with me the one time I have needed when I was out since ordering this. While it is a good idea to help with a problem, there must be a better way... besides, I feel like I am hiding contraband when I use this.The metal seems sturdy and it is waterproof as claimed. I think a bigger container in reasonable plastic might have been better. The style is nice for casual wear, but I cannot see myself wearing this into the office. It has not solved my problems, so I still keep medicine in all of the usual places from my car to my desk to my mom's house for when I visit.I am rating it four stars as it is an idea to solve a problem that would work if I could get used to it, and I am sure it must work better for others who need a life saving medicine. As always, your mileage and preferences may vary......but serious.Amusing because, the one I received looks like the bombs that you see in cartoons.I laugh, but it's pretty cool looking.Serious, because it is.If you need an emergency stash of your meds, literally at your fingertips(or in this case, key chain) this looks and feels competent to me.What it will fit is another deal altogether; see the product page for that.I can say it will fit what I need it to fit.As it should, it has the ever so smallest gasket to keep it liquid tight.It also includes two spare gaskets and one spare ring to attach to your key ring.The product page describes also including a "nylon necklace rope".I didn't receive that, but frankly don't care.The one I received is almost, if not, black, with a little orange tail.Fine with me; the one on the product page is shown as silver.Overall, this appears to be of quality materials and workmanship; glad I ordered it.I hope this review has enabled you to make an informed purchase decision.I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.
