It made the handles not soft anymore and most importantly they are not stain resistant to red sauce. Wish I could order 1 spoon that was ruined. Now that I know I cannot make red sauce with this set.Got them in my favorite color green and they’re really easy to clean. Wouldn’t recommend hand washing as soap leaves a residue, but perfectly fine in the dishwasher and very heat resistant.I need to start reading specifications. I thought this was ceramic canister, but it is silicon plastic, BUT having said that, the silicon snd wooden utensils are very nice. The holder that they come in us akk K so silicon. Only one utensil didn’t hold up—the silicon whisk. It began peeling after first use so I tossed it. I prefer word whisk. I have wire utensils in another holder, so, this is only for all my silicon stuff which is perfect.After many months of use, utensils remain in perfect condition. I do not soak the wood handles or place in the dishwasher but rather wash by hand. I would buy again or gift a set.Loves itIs hard to locate yellow or lemon colored kitchen itemsThe color is what caught my eye. So the unrenss are ok Shame they put them in cheap potI waited a few months before reviewing these, and I'm glad I did, because I would have given them four or five start during the first few weeks.These are not dishwasher safe, so after being in the dishwasher a few times, the varnish on the handles has worn off, and the glue holding the heads to the handle has also washed away, meaning that more than one of the tools now are no longer attached to the handles. There was no warning about not using a dishwasher.The whisk is awful! It has a silicon cover to a wire whisk, and after a few uses, that silicon cover started to slip, revealing the wire beneath. Once it started to slip, there's no stopping it.Don't waste your money.This is a great addition to my kitchen. The utensils are silicone so don't scratch my pans, they're easy to clean and are stored in the handy pot they come in. The only minor niggle I have is that it doesn't include a masher but that's not the end of the world. Perhaps hard to tell from the photo but they are a lovely vibrant blue colour with wooden handles. I was a bit concerned the wood might discolour and perhaps go a bit mouldy like wood sometimes can if it's wet a lot but I've been using them for a while now and after many washes they look as good as they day I bought them. They came really quickly too and at £25.99 for a 12 piece set plus the storage pot I think they were a bargain. I'd definitely recommend them.The utensils themselves are spot on, they seem to have a solid core that helps to keep the shape so you really do get the best of both worlds. You get everything you need in this kit, I can’t fault it. The delivery was delayed and then the tracking got lost but the seller done their best to keep me updated and when the package did finally arrive it was worth it. I would buy again as the customer service was spot on even though it was very late arriving.Had the " duck egg" set previously but my kitchen is now blue and this set is the perfect colour and is displayed on the worktop and used every day. Good quality, easy to keep clean, can use with any type of pans, kind to non-stop cookware.
