I must admit when I first tried to use this lighter it was leaking fluid as quick as I could feel it. So one day I had enough of trying to use it in I looked up the company on Facebook and proceeded to write a little note telling them that I was disappointed with the product. And that was the end disappointment. They contacted me via messenger to understand what the problem was. So I told them and not so many words that I was very unhappy and why. They're very friendly and told me that they would make it right by sending me a brand new one. Not only did they send me a brand new one but I received it less than 24 hours later. Couldn't believe it. This one works perfectly fine and I absolutely love it. I would definitely buy the product again and I would recommend it. Customer service is awesome and the product is awesome as well thanks guys I appreciate you getting everything straight so quickly five stars without a doubt.Works great , easy to refill , dropped several times still worked greatBurns very hot and has a huge flame i rarely smoke but i always need a good lighter for other thing greats for heat shrink burning paracord and even soldering copper when needed goes threw butane but for how hot it can burn its to be expectedIt's nice, comfortable in the hand.. Love the red flame.. But it has a stupid lighting and staying lit issue.. Tilt it too far towards or away from me, it does out.. It's quite irritating when I'm trying to light my cigar and it constantly goes out and I have to tilt it differently or keep checking if there's fuel in it..The red doesn't last . The butain doesn't last got to keep filling it . Doesn't light half the time.Love the Gunmetal look and people are facinated as they start to see the flame go from blue to red. Nice quality for the price and works very well so far. Longevity is always the question with lighters. I have faith in this one. Purchase one for my son for Christmas also.love the 4 flamer but uses alot of butane only draw back
