I was so excited to buy these but when I got them I was disappointed, plus over time they’ve become meh. I thought they would be made of silicone completely but the only part that’s silicone is the handle. The actual tool at the end is made of hard plastic and with time I’ve noticed that it can’t handle the high heat because it has slowly started to melt. They wish they still do what they’re supposed to do, but the quality has been meh.Daughter loves themMy older Rachel Ray stuff seems to be a better quality and more sturdy the newer stuff is lighter weight and cleans very easy just doesn't feel as sturdyI have the original Rachael Ray Lazy spoons (or whatever they call them) and they were made of silicone. I love them. So when I saw this set that included a meat masher I was over the moon. Until, they arrived. They are made of hard plastic. For the spoon and spatula that is fine. But, not for the meat masher. I don’t care what they sat, that is going to scratch your non stick pans. I was going to return the set, but my sister in law wanted the meat masher and I kept the spoon and spatula. Which I do like.These are what I’ve been missing when I’m cooking !!!! What a genius design from Rachel Rays tools!! So very useful & now I don’t have to look for a tray or paper towels to put spoons it things I can just put it on the side of the bowl or pan & voila! No spatter from my spoon or spatula falling on the counter! You need this you won’t be sorry!Works great like the thing on handles for setting on pans etcThis product is not good for cast ironNon stick chaphlon it’s greatI really love this set, as it conveniently hooks on the rim of my pot/pan with all the drippings going into pan and not on my glass top stove. I purchase new pots and pans Granite Stoneware and these utensils do not leave any marks in my stoneware. They provide less clean up on my glass top stove. WaLa! I threw away my spoon rest, as it was my resting place for my dripping spoons etc. and always manage to get drippings on my stove top. No more with this set.. Thank you Rachael Ray for this convenient set especially the way these are designed to hook onto the rim of my cooking pans with the drippings going in the pan. Thank you again, MarieHeavy duty plastic construction.The notch for attaching to side of pot is handy at times if you do not have a small utensil rest on your counter.The meat masher works great to breaking up ground beef in a pan.Pricy for what you get to have Rachael Ray’s name on them.Wife wanted for stocking stuffer.I really like the sturdiness and durability of these kitchen tools, and they are very easy to clean.Build in two part end is plastic not impressedLove the product. Lifter perfect for fried eggs love that I can fix to side of pan.Very poor quality and definitely not the same as other Rachel Ray utensils I have. They are flimsy, and light. They also do not clean properly and Food stains do not come off, even after washed many times.
